HOW TO PURCHASE
Purchase an elaineperlov GIFT CARD by credit card, check or money order, online with the click of a button, or via telephone at 1.718.383.5409. You can use your GIFT CARD as soon as you get your personal G.C. number, or have it mailed to you to be used at a later date. There is no expiration on our cards, nor will any service fees be deducted for inactivity. It is truly the way to shop!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Upon first use of an elaineperlov GIFT CARD, Customer expressly agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The GiftLynk system is a closed network gift card with no pre-set face value. Customer establishes the value (any whole dollar amount from $20 and up) when activating card.
2. This card can be used for purchase at participating locations of the business named on the face of the card (as stipulated in item 3.) The card is not redeemable for cash, and lost or stolen cards will not be replaced except as required by law.
3. This card can be redeemed online at elaineperlov.com, over the phone, or in person at Elaine Perlov special events. Void at events or on websites sponsored by other retailers.
4. This card can be reloaded at any time for a whole dollar amount from $20 and up, regardless of the current balance on the card. The balance on the card is equivalent to merchandise credit only, and at no time can the balance be redeemed for cash.
